Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, logistics or a warehouse role is required.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS).
• Ability to verify orders, part numbers and shipment details for accuracy.
• Familiarity with protective packaging methods for networking/telecom equipment.
• Proficient in documentation, labeling, and traceability of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders and shipping requirements to determine priorities.
• Process outbound parcel shipments in the ERP system and carrier platforms.
• Prepare shipment documentation and generate labels and packing slips.
• Package equipment using protective materials and ensure safe transport.
• Enter shipment data: quantities, weights, dimensions, tracking, and costs.
• Coordinate freight shipments and prepare bills of lading when applicable.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure traceability.
• Inspect packages for accuracy and proper labeling before dispatch.
