Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and strong sewing and alteration abilities.
• Experience with alterations including hems, waist/seat, sleeves, and seams.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to guide customers on fittings.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hems, waist/seat, rise, tapering, sleeves) per guidelines.
• Ensure garments meet high quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments for a crisp finish and maintain organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory and replenish tailoring supplies as needed.
• Support front-of-house tasks and participate in customer consultations to enhance fit and satisfaction.
