Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to deliver high quality garment alterations, measurements, fittings and repairs. You will work with customers to ensure perfect fit and maintain a clean, organized shop.

Responsibilities include performing standard alterations, pressings, inventory support, and assisting with front-of-house tasks while providing exceptional service; flexible hours and a focus on accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with standard alterations (pants hems, waist, sleeve, etc.).
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality per hour targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and proper garment finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations on garments including hems, waist, sleeves, and seams.
• Press and finish garments for a clean, professional look.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of tailoring supplies.
• Support front-of-house tasks and assist customers with fittings and alterations as needed.
• Collaborate with team to share tailoring knowledge and ensure consistent quality.
