Qualifications

• 0–2 years of compression or encapsulation experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts and adapt to production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tablet compression and capsule-filling equipment.
• Set up, load, and unload production machinery.
• Perform equipment checks and monitor product quality during runs.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to manufacturing health and wellness products for consumers.
