Job summary

USPL in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking an Operator for Compression & Encapsulation to operate and set up tablet press and encapsulation equipment. You will perform setup, operation, cleaning, and light maintenance while following cGMP and SOPs to ensure product quality and line efficiency.

The role requires ability to work extended hours and weekends, with pay ranges aligned to Level 1–3 responsibilities and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years Compression / Encapsulation Operator experience.
• Experience with GMP/OSHA basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate tablet compression lines and encapsulation equipment.
• Perform setup, adjustments, cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Ensure safety and quality per SOP and cGMP requirements.
