Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform mechanical assembly and installation on switchgear under the supervision of the Production Floor Manager. You will follow schedules, safety protocols, and procedures to build electrical enclosures and control systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in mechanical assembly or related field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in mechanical assembly/mechanical repair or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred OSHA10 and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical sheet metal enclosures.
• Utilize common electrical, hand, and carpentry shop tools.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safety on the production floor.
