Job summary

Mace Machine LLC in Exeter, NH, seeks an experienced machinist to operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC lathes, load bar stock, and run established programs with strong attention to precision. You will perform tool changes, apply wear offsets, and participate in first-article and in-process inspections to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Prior experience with Swiss-type CNCs or equivalent CNC turning equipment.
Blueprint fluency, including dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T.
Use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, gage pins, optical inspection tools, and related hand metrology.

Responsibilities

Operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC lathes to produce high-precision components and load bar stock.
Run to established programs, setup sheets, travelers, and work instructions; perform tool changes as needed.
Conduct first-article and in-process inspections; document results and production records.
