Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with detailed hand assembly, threading, and precision work is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sutures, loops, and specialty assemblies per approved instructions.
• Thread sutures through loops and components using magnification devices as needed.
• Inspect assemblies for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Record production data and quality documentation per GMP requirements.
• Maintain traceability and clean, organized work areas following 5S standards.
• Support related manufacturing tasks such as winding, braiding, cutting, labeling, and packing.
