Arthrex Manufacturing in Pendleton, SC is seeking a Suture Assembly Operator to join our cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for assembling and testing medical sutures, packaging, and helping maintain quality and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic manufacturing experience, ability to follow detailed procedures, and strong problem-solving skills. Work hours are day shift 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, in a facility that offers comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience in technical/mechanical operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with gowning requirements.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to determine materials and tools required to perform operations.
• Ability to use inspection tools and measuring devices to assure quality.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support current processes related to existing suture assembly.
• Operate attaching and winding/assembling machines for sub-assemblies.
• Perform dimensional checks on the product.
• Package sutures with appropriate labeling and pouching.
• Complete batch records accurately.
• Escalate assembly issues to Production Coordinator.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of tooling.
• Perform terminal cleaning and housekeeping.
