Hai Hospitality, home to Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, and Loro, seeks a Sushi Chef in Austin, TX. If you’re passionate about ingredients, precise technique, and continual refinement, we’d love to meet you. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where quality and hospitality matter.

Professional sushi experience is strongly preferred. Compensation includes an average of $25 per hour plus tips, and a $1,250 sign-on bonus after training.
