Responsibilities

• Produce precise survey deliverables using Carlson CAD and Bluebeam.
• Coordinate data flow between estimating, surveying, and project management teams.
• Prepare and manage survey as-built data for client deliverables.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency with CAD (computer-aided design) drafting

Experience with Carlson Survey software

Ability to perform basic calculations and analyze field data sets

Strong organizational skills

Education
