Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder to fabricate and weld aluminum boxes for industrial control panels and to perform structural welding for heavy-duty E-House project frames. Precision craftsmanship and blueprint reading are essential in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.

The role requires experience with TIG, MIG, FCAW, and oxy-fuel welding, along with the ability to interpret drawings, maintain a safe workspace, and adhere to PPE standards. On-site work in Utah.

Qualifications

• Welding proficiency across TIG, MIG, FCAW, and oxy-fuel processes.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Heavy-gauge sheet metal and structural welding experience.
• Ability to perform 3G/4G welding on E-House frames.
• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise welds on aluminum components using TIG, MIG, FCAW, and oxy-fuel welding techniques.
• Fabricate, measure, cut, and prepare materials per project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings prior to initiating each build.
• Inspect welds to ensure tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Source and handle raw materials necessary for scheduled welding projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment with PPE.
