Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred or prior bindery experience
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product
• Record production data with accuracy
• Keen attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance
• Identify operational improvements as needed
• Runs equipment at optimal level to meet daily production goals
• Maintains work area and tools
