You will prep steel pipe, support welding stations, and ensure safe, efficient production flow from start to finish. No prior fabrication experience is required; hands-on training in fabrication equipment, welding support, robotics, and production processes is provided.

Responsibilities

• Run fabrication and production machines including plasma cutters, cold saws, and grinders.

• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects and accuracy.
• Move materials with forklifts and cranes and prepare products for shipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.

A day on our fabrication floorWhen you step onto the floor, you’ll join a fast-moving team that turns raw steel pipe into precise, ready-to-ship components. You’ll set up and operate fabrication equipment, prep materials to exact measurements, support welding stations and robotic cells, and keep products flowing safely and efficiently through each stage of production.What you’ll doRun fabrication and production machines such as plasma cutters, cold saws, groovers, threaders, grinders, and semi-automatic fabrication equipment.Prepare steel pipe: cut, groove, thread, grind, and finish to meet customer specifications and production requirements.Support welding and automated processes, including outlet placement and welding support activities.Read and interpret work orders, production paperwork, specs, and tape-measure readings to ensure accuracy.Inspect materials, welds, and finished goods for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality compliance.Perform grinding, deburring, cleanup, and general fabrication support tasks.Move materials throughout the facility—load, unload, stage, and organize steel pipe and fittings using forklifts, pallet jacks, CombiLift equipment, and overhead cranes.Bundle, band, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.Troubleshoot minor production or machine issues and promptly communicate equipment or quality concerns to leadership.Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold all safety expectations, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and SOPs.Cross-train and assist wherever needed across fabrication, production, machine operation, welding, robotics, or shipping based on operational priorities.Training and growthYou don’t need prior fabrication experience to succeed here.
