Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an experienced operator to make changes and adjustments and operate automatic stamping presses in alignment with work instructions to meet customer specifications.

You will oversee, set up and monitor stamping presses, verify release of first pieces, and complete required production paperwork while assisting with die changes and crane operations on stamping lines to achieve daily production plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with automatic, transfer or progressive stamping presses preferred.
• Experience with press and die set up preferred.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
