Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency and interest in complex mechanical assembly.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex mechanical problems; knowledge of machine tool spindles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, models, work instructions and specifications.
• Assemble and test spindle assemblies to verify function and conformance to specifications.
• Verify component conformance using precision gauges, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
• Record and track inspection data during build cycle.
