Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor department workflow and balance workload.
• Ensure positive patient identification for all samples.
• Perform phlebotomy following approved procedures.
• Troubleshoot, reconcile, and make decisions on specimen ordering/processing.
• Assist with dispatching staff and staff training under supervision.
