Randstad is seeking an experienced Precision Micro-Solderer for high-reliability assembly, rework, and trace repair on complex circuit boards. The role requires microscope-based work with 0201/0402 sizes and strict IPC quality adherence.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of micro-soldering, IPC Class 3 certification, and hands-on experience with hot-air rework and flux chemistry. This is an on-site, first-shift position offering a competitive benefits package through Randstad.
