Qualifications

• US Person
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
• Able to read blueprints, assembly procedures, and routes
• Fine motor skills, vision, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Able to learn use of bench top equipment, hand tools and computers
• Proficient in mechanical assembly tools: torque drivers, calipers, pneumatic epoxy dispensers
• Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow with good time management

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate and test products using assembly drawings, work instructions, BOMs and travelers; assembly under a microscope
• Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly of components or products
• Inspect and test parts and products according to established guidelines and quality standards
• Rotate through mechanical operations to build product and contribute toward production goals
• Work with team members to complete work orders
• Work on a variety of products and operation steps to achieve the production schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support the company through participation in continuous improvement efforts
