Qualifications

• 3–5 years of soldering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Able to solder very small SMT components under magnification.
• Identify resistors, capacitors, ICs, diodes, LEDs and understand package sizes.
• Read mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and verify documentation.
• Follow BOMs and confirm component values and sizes.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Soldering on backplanes following detailed docs and work instructions.
• Conduct self-inspection to ensure workmanship standards are met.
• Perform connector, hardware, and component rework or modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on tasks.
• Support additional assembly tasks as needed.
