Job summary

You will read assembly drawings, perform self-inspections, set up solder printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens, while strictly following safety and quality standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of automated electronic manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating automated SMT assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform quality self-inspections of completed work.
• Download assembly and reflow programs and set up equipment for production runs.
• Operate and maintain SMT equipment, including solder printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
• Identify and elevate documentation, material, or manufacturing discrepancies.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
