Job summary

IPG Photonics is seeking a Small Piece Assembler to build components and sub-assemblies for high-powered lasers. You will follow specific procedures, assemble, install and inspect parts, and work with microscopes in a clean room.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be comfortable handling very small parts. Overtime and Saturday work may be required, with early shift hours from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Comfortable handling small, delicate parts in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and inspect components, align and repair parts as needed.
• Operate with microscopes and tweezers on high‑precision parts.
• Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as required.
