Qualifications

• Ability to use independent judgment in planning sequence of operations in selecting proper tools and materials.
• Ability to comprehend mechanical manuals and guidelines; apply shop mathematics and manual dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs small complex to less complicated motorized equipment such as generators, pool pumps, tractors, weed-eaters, edgers, grass cutters, blowers, trimmers, walking and riding mowers.
• Analyzes and determines cause of equipment malfunctions; receives work orders and selects appropriate tools and materials.
• Test repairs to assure conformity to procedures.
