Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine to enhance surface of parts.
• Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements.
• Anticipate and overcome production-related problems and delays, plan to reduce impact.
• Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media.
• Run test specimens and provide to customers as required.
• Coordinate projects and programs; communicate with customer service on recovery/ completion dates; perform basic preventative maintenance.
