Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Initial certification and annual recertification required.
• Maintenance tasks and basic machine adjustments described in role.

Responsibilities

• Operates Shot Peen machinery including automated and manual units.
• Sets up Part Verification Tool and verifies intensities against technique sheets.
• Creates Technique Sheets for new parts and updates existing ones.
• Creates Saturation Curves.
• Inspects parts for burrs and consistency; monitors quality.
