Job summary

GatorStep is seeking a Shipping Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Lenoir City, TN. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare orders, coordinate with production and customer service, and support accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have experience in shipping/receiving, packing, forklift operation, and inventory control. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping, receiving and packing to manage outgoing orders and incoming deliveries.
Forklift operation and safe material handling.
Inventory control and stock management.
Accurate documentation, labeling and order verification with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Label and secure products according to carrier requirements.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with production and customer service teams.
Verify incoming deliveries and maintain organized storage areas.
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
Update inventory records and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Communicate effectively to meet shipping deadlines and quality standards.
