Job summary

BTC Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving at our Nashville HQ. You will ensure inbound inventory is checked in, outbound orders ship on time, and the warehouse remains organized, safe, and ready for the next cycle.

This on-site Nashville role requires accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication in a fast-paced environment. Experience with basic shipping software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory role.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in picks, labels, counts, and documentation.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to ~50 lbs, stand long hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with basic software for shipping/inventory workflows (ShipStation/Shopify a plus).
• Reliable, independent worker who communicates proactively when blocked or off-track.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & fulfillment execution: Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with high accuracy and meet daily carrier cutoffs.
• Receiving & unloading: Verify inbound counts against packing slips and escalate discrepancies.
• Inventory accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate inventory locations and counts; support cycle counts and basic reconciliation.
• Packing quality: Pack items to prevent damage in transit using appropriate materials.
• Warehouse organization & cleanliness: Keep warehouse and staging areas organized, labeled, and safe to work in.
• Documentation: Maintain clear inbound/outbound notes and exception logs so issues can be resolved quickly.
• Cross-functional communication: Coordinate with Ops/Customer Support on shipments, returns, or inventory issues.
• Light office / HQ support: Help with basic office tasks at Nashville HQ when needed.
