Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled press brake operator in Michigan to run and adjust multi-brand brake presses, while ensuring parts meet blueprint specs. You will perform complete tooling set-ups and changeovers, verify tolerances with gauges, and maintain quality records on job-accurate shop order labeling.

Safety and cleanliness are emphasized daily. The role includes second-shift work with a 20% shift premium, comprehensive health/vision/dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Fluent in shop math and blueprint reading.
• Hands-on PPAP experience.
• Proficient in press brake set-ups and tooling changeovers.
• Able to use measurement gauges and verify tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Run and adjust press brakes including Mitsubishi, Amada, Cincinnati, Bystronic, Accurpress, and Toyokoki to form parts per blueprint.
• Execute complete tooling set-up and changeover; safely remove and store tooling on job completion.
• Use measurement gauges to verify tolerances; record inspection data to maintain quality documentation.
• Track part counts precisely and label containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order information.
• Coordinate with supervisor and co-workers to interpret instructions and sequence tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Achieve target quality and productivity standards across assigned work.
• Keep machines, tooling, and workstation clean and orderly each day.
