Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a CNC Press Brake Setup Specialist to lead first-piece inspections, dial in tooling, and ensure parts meet prints and tolerances.

You will set up and operate CNC press brakes, maintain accurate production records, collaborate with teammates, and uphold ISO 9001 quality standards and OSHA PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of sheet metal types and gauges.

CNC Press Brake Setup Specialist

Department: General ProductionReports To: Shift Supervisor

A day in this role

Your shift starts with a walk-through: you review prints, confirm work orders, and choose the best forming approach for each sheet metal part. You dial in the CNC press brake, validate tooling and offsets, and make the first piece to spec. Throughout the day you keep production flowing-running parts to the schedule, partnering with teammates who need setup assistance, and stepping onto other production machines when needed. You flag maintenance issues early for your supervisor, keep your space orderly, and document your work within our ISO 9001 quality framework-all while following our Health and Safety Program and OSHA PPE requirements.
