Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow documented work instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret fabrication drawings and develop flat patterns for multi-piece formed assemblies.
• Operate turret-punch equipment, brakes, folders, and shears as required by the work.
• Verify dimensions and workmanship against drawings throughout production.
• Communicate abnormal conditions, equipment concerns, and safety issues.
• Perform quality checks, including first-piece verification when applicable.
• Maintain an organized work area and participate in training and skill development.
