The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to read and write. Prior production experience is desirable, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Prior production experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work orders and materials and prepare them according to specifications.
• Install squeegee and related equipment, adjusting for parallelism and height.
• Arrange and set up variables such as location pin, vacuum holes, snap-off indicators, and flood bars to accommodate each order.
• Accomplish preliminary set-up and print test samples or targets to resistor value.
• Print orders as required and follow all SPC requirements.
• Clean printers and screens after each order and maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Fill out all required paperwork.
