Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing operation supervisory role.
• One to two years’ experience supervising employees.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person for access to information subject to ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the daily activities of operators and production employees.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for all parts.
• Lead selection, training, and performance monitoring of team members.
• Plan and schedule workload for optimal operations.
• Expedite finished orders to meet production schedules.
• Provide operator training and monitor performance.
