Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is seeking a Screen Printer Operator on 1st Shift to produce Vishay resistors and e-beam technology components according to specifications.

You will obtain work orders, set up printers, adjust parallelism and height, and ensure quality with SPC requirements. A High School Diploma with arithmetic skills is required; prior production experience is desirable.

  • Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
  • Prior production experience is desirable.

  • Obtain work orders and materials and prepares according to specifications instructions.
  • Install squeegee and specifications and adjust for parallelism and height.
  • Arrange and set-up variables such as location pin, vacuum holes, snap-off indicators, and flood bars on the print table to accommodate each order.
  • Accomplishes preliminary set-up. Prints a test samples or target to resistor value.
  • Print orders as required. And follow all SPC requirements.
  • Clean printers and screens after completion of each order and maintain organized, clean work areas.
  • Fill out all paperwork as required.
