Culture Studio is hiring a Press Operator in Chicago to support the automatic screen printing line. You will unload garments, assist with setup, and ensure prints meet quality and timing standards. Collaboration with the Press Lead and teammates is essential to maintain a smooth daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload printed shirts with automatic machinery.
• Assist in machine setup and maintain cleanliness of area.
• Ensure orders print correctly and on time with supervisor guidance.
• Communicate effectively with team to minimize downtime.
• Keep workstation clean and organized daily.
• Clean and grease press according to maintenance logs.
• Report issues to the Press Lead.
• Return inks, screens, and tools to designated areas.
