Job summary

Westmor Industries, LLC is seeking a meticulous Night Shift Painter to prepare surfaces, apply paint with precision, and maintain equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, attention to detail, and strong quality control to ensure flawless finishes on production items and sub-assemblies.

You will work on the night shift, 4:30pm to 5:00am, Monday through Thursday, with a $3/hour differential. Benefits include weekly pay, insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Automotive/industrial painting experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail oriented and thorough in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding and removing oils to prep steel surfaces.
• Apply paint to finished items and sub-assemblies with precision.
• Maintain painting equipment and mix paints accurately.
• Mask areas not to be painted and inspect for runs or missed spots.
• Keep the paint booth orderly and complete required paperwork.
