The role requires 3+ years in a manufacturing setting, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work on-site with overtime when needed. Starting pay reflects hourly compensation with benefits.

Formación

• Must have proven experience in precision assembly of gearboxes, transmissions, or similar mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, tolerances, and QA practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble rotary head gearboxes per engineering specifications.
• Install gears, bearings, and shafts using heating and press-fit methods.
• Apply slip fit and press fit tolerances during assembly.
• Read blueprints and drawings for accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
• Perform inspections and measurements to verify tight tolerances and component integrity.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues during assembly and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
