You will heat and press components, read blueprints, and maintain quality through rigorous inspections. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gearboxes to engineering specs with precise tolerances.
• Install gears, bearings and shafts using controlled heating and pressing techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings.
• Conduct inspections and measurements to verify tolerances and integrity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and testing.
