Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, LLC., a Solve IMG company, is seeking a Roller Operator to press and inspect components per engineering and quality standards in a fast-paced, on-site Indiana facility. You will work with Assemblers to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year of machine operation experience, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.
• Experience with calipers and dial indicators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively administer job plans and procedures
• Operate and assist with best operating practices for use of MHE
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Understand measurements and drawings and their application
• Produce high quality product in line with hourly metrics
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot assigned machine
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Maintain safe and organized warehouse
