Qualifications

Your Mission

Own the application of advanced rubber and polymer coatings on precision rollers used across countless sectors. Use your mechanical aptitude to read work orders (and blueprints, preferred), move components with a forklift, crane, and hand truck, and deliver quality results that meet exacting standards for safety and performance.

Choose Your Shift

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (paid lunch)
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Pay: $23.75–$26.18/hour + shift premium (based on experience)
