Qualifications

Knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

Change out rolls and cores, operate winders, unwinders, belt press, calendar, lacquer, stacking equipment.
Enter data into ME and SAP.
Inspect and monitor quality of processed material.
Activate roll transfer from AGV to machine.
Perform perfect splices every time.
Assist with line changeovers.
Operate lift truck, overhead crane, hoist, and report issues.
Follow safety and quality management systems.
