Qualifications

Lean manufacturing experience with SMED, 5S/6S, standard work, and continuous improvement.
Experience applying Theory of Constraints and root-cause problem solving.
Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and 2D AutoCAD for simple drawings.
Team player with clear communication; ability to influence maintenance, quality, and tooling.
Basic knowledge of industrial machine controls and electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on engineering support for roll forming and stamping issues; own root cause, corrective action, and verification.
Work with operators, Maintenance, Tool & Die, and Quality to resolve setup, tooling, machinery, and quality issues.
Lead process improvement and standard work, including Kaizen events and 5S/6S.
Develop setup sheets, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides; train operators.
Lead tooling trials and support production ramp-up for new product launches.
