Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work under a microscope.
• Knowledge of thin-film assembly processes and MIC equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Vocational or technical certificate in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, assembly and disassembly of mechanical assemblies.
• Adjust or trim materials to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
• Troubleshoot and replace defects; rework and repair units.
