Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a team focused on high-frequency RF microwave cable assembly and testing. You will build and inspect RF cables, solder connectors and tiny components, and ensure all work adheres to strict specifications.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year RF or mechanical assembly experience, proficiency with hand tools, strong record-keeping, and the ability to read detailed drawings and instructions. Weekend OT may be required in a safe, professional setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RF-related and/or mechanical assembly experience
• Soldering of cables, connectors, and tiny components (test at interview)
• Strong attention to detail and precision in electro-mechanical work
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and instructions
• Basic math skills and strong documentation skills
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work with hand tools and fixtures

Responsibilities

• Build and inspect RF microwave cables.
