Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Peabody, MA is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team focused on precision assembly and testing of RF microwave cables and connectors. You will build, inspect, and test complex cable assemblies, perform soldering on cables/connectors, and support in-process inspections to ensure product quality.

You’ll set up and operate equipment and fixtures per detailed specs, document results, and contribute to quality assurance through root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RF-related and/or mechanical assembly experience.
• Basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience soldering cables, connectors, and miniature components.
• Strong computer skills for accessing documentation and operating specific programs.
• Ability to work from product drawings and written/verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to support quality inspections and record-keeping requirements.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical test equipment.
