You will use hand tools, small saws, trimming machines, and precision instruments; maintain documentation, and support a safe workspace while collaborating with teammates to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years electronics assembly experience.
• Experience with coaxial components and RF preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with IPC-620 quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and assemble coaxial cables per instructions.
• Set up bends and assemble semi-rigid cables using layouts.
• Wind delay lines to meet specs and drawings.
• Solder components with appropriate equipment and magnification.
• Document steps via inspection signoffs and ERP.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and team members.
