Job summary

INNIO Group seeks a Repair & Overhaul Technician for 1st shift to machine components and parts for large gas compression and power generation engines, delivering high-quality parts while maintaining a safe workplace.

As part of a manufacturing team, you will set up and operate machine tools, work with tight tolerances, program CNC sequences, and support preventative maintenance. Collaboration and continuous improvement are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machining experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands and lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Machining, assembly and finishing of components for engines.
• Create CNC programs from specifications and blueprints.
• Calibrate gauges and perform maintenance on tools and fixtures.
• Provide coaching to teammates and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
