Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Machining for the 2nd shift. You will machine and finish components for large gas engines, ensuring parts meet exact specifications while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years of machining experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You will work with CNC machines and participate in continuous improvement efforts within the shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machining experience.
• Able to meet physical demands and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce high-quality parts and fixtures.
• Machining and finishing components with close tolerances and varied materials.
• Create CNC programs for operation sequences and machine cycling.
• Use jigs, fixtures and standard tools in daily machining tasks.
• Perform non-destructive testing and grinding as needed for quality parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment; calibrate gauges and tools.
