Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2+ years of machining experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands of industrial engine assembly.
• Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform the most critical machine duties to produce high quality parts, fixtures and basic tooling including: set up and operation of any machine tool in the shop.
• Work within close tolerances and various materials with complex designs to perform the machining, assembly and finishing of components needed for engine production and service parts.
• Create programs to control the operation sequence and cycling of CNC machines; may involve multiple machines and centers.
• Program correct operational sequence, tooling changes, axis movements and cycle speeds from specifications.
