Job summary

EnviroTech Molded Products is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our production team and strengthen QA/QC processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform metrology inspections, read engineering drawings and GD&T, and contribute to ISO 9001 audits and documentation, while collaborating with production and engineering to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in metrology and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CAD/3D modeling software.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 internal auditing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections using precise metrology tools and techniques.
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD files, and 3D models to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance.
• Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support external audit preparation.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to compile reports, create templates, and manage data sets.
• Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions.
