Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to support testing and final staging of high-performance wire and cable products. You will work on the production floor in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality checks and documentation meet AS9100 standards.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and involves lab testing, line inspections, and cross-department collaboration to ensure accurate paperwork and on-time shipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in QA or related lab role preferred.
• Wire/cable manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple quality tests simultaneously.
• Strong communication across departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality line inspections and record findings accurately.
• Manage final product movement from respool to shipping and verify paperwork.
• Document quality issues and notify teams of deviations.
• Maintain quality records per AS9100 and internal QMS guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab and office environment.
• Support special projects and engineering requests as needed.
